Rules for Season 1 of MSA HiQ BTCC Forza championship

Car setup
Arrow FWD and RWD only (NO AWD)
Arrow 800pi
Arrow Non standard rims
Arrow Full handling upgrades including maximum weight reduction
Arrow Full race slicks (make of tyre is up to you)
Arrow Forza bodykit (front and rear wing only)
Arrow Door numbers and roof number (designs will be sent to you in due course)
Arrow BTCC HiQ logo on bonnet (design will be sent to you in due course)
Arrow Number plate logo front and back (again will be sent to you in due course)
Arrow BMW E46 M3 is not allowed any performance upgrades, regardless of PI

Race Format

Qualifying
Arrow Qualifying will take place to determine grid order for race 1
Arrow laps of qualifying, 1 warm up lap and 5 flying laps, on the last lap all competitors will gather and give fastest lap times to lobby host

Race 1
Arrow 7 laps
Arrow New lobby set up, and a formation lap is done. Competitors cross in order of grid positions.
Arrow Overall race times will be noted as these will determine the grid order for race 2

Race 2
Arrow 7 laps
Arrow New lobby set up
Arrow Formation lap is done, and competitors cross in order of overall race time from race 1

Race 3
Arrow 10 laps
Arrow Same lobbies as race 2, but grid order will be random.

Lobby Setup
Arrow STM, ABS and TCS will be forced off aswell as braking lines.
Arrow Collisions will be on and set at limited damage (except for qualifying)
Arrow Fuel and tyres set to simulation

Lagging in Race

Arrow All racers must report if they can see another driver lagging
Arrow Race stewards will decide if a race re-start is necessary
Arrow Lagging drivers may be removed from the race upon stewards decision

As a kind gesture if you know you are lagging, pulling to the side of the track would be appreciated, you may still recieve points for your finish, but please do keep away from other racers, and drive slowly.

How to prevent lagging
Arrow Ensure NAT is open
Arrow Reboot router before starting xbox
Arrow Keep internet activity to a minimum while racing
